Purpose and Intent

Nicole is the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  My husband is retired military and she found a plan that worked with his retirement.  We were able to keep our TRICARE 4 Life, and Xpress Scripts but still utilize all the other benefits from our Medicare plan. Nicole always goes above and beyond for us and the many family and friends that I've referred to her. 

 One day I saw this commercial about a Medicare Advantage plan. I didn't know what I was going to say but I thought I'd take a chance to see if I qualified. I'm not the easiest person to talk with and sometimes I can be kind of intense because so many insurance agents are not willing to give you much information. Nicole who's become my sister friend, picked up on my apprehension. She looked me up and said I qualified and started naming off all the benefits that I was entitled to and wasn't receiving with only part A and Part B. She goes beyond the Call of Duty. I feel safe because Nicole has proven to me that there is somebody out there that cares about my health and well-being. If you're frustrated or don't understand something she will talk you through it. This is not just a job to her. It's her passion, it's her purpose to help you get all the benefits available. She will be my advocate for the rest of my life as well as my sister friend. There's no one better to call out there than Nicole Riviere.

I am so glad I found Nicole.  She is a God send.  She is always available to help me with anything I need.  If she doesn't know the answer, she will do research until she finds me the information I need.  She is willing to go above and beyond.  Sometimes we just chit chat, I feel like I've known her forever.  I truly love love love my agent and wouldn't give her up for anything.
